What an absolutey fantastic three days. I have experienced such a range of emotions from shedding tears whilst listening to Ishmael Beah to incredulity that I was actually impressed by Ed Balls. I feel refreshed, uplifted, inspired and reinvigorated - what a brilliant way to achieve headteacher well-being. Thank you NCSL - you have surpassed yourselves!
